- 250 gram Nutella, Hazelnut spread
- 2 eggs
- 250 gram flour, self-raising
- 125 gram white sugar
- Nutella, Extra for filling

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
- Turn oven on to around 160 degrees Celsius (fan forced)
Place all ingredients: Nutella, eggs, sugar and flour in the mixing bowl. Place lid on and MC in the lid.
On dough function mix for 30 seconds or until combined, just have a look through the MC hole to see if it needs further mixing and adjust accordingly.
Line some baking trays.
Using a melon baller, measure out your dough and roll into a ball, and then flatten the dough with something flat like a meat mallet, this ensures all biscuits are cooked consistently & equally sized and makes it much easier to match the biscuits up if you wish to fill them after. Bake for 10 minutes in the oven.
Let cookies cool on tray. Fill if you wish!
*To fill them add a dollop of Nutella and sandwich the cookies together (optional) you will get around 7 dozen regular sized biscuits from this recipe, half of you fill them, if you do make them bigger it will obviously yield a different amount
