  • 180 g Nutella
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g flour

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add Nutella and egg in the TM bowl
  2. Mix for 30 Seconds > Speed 3
  3. Add Flour in the TM bowl and mix for 1 minute > Speed 3
  4. Roll into balls and press the cookie dough in the middle. Place on a baking tray with baking paper.
  5. Bake on 170 degrees for 10 minutes & once ready take them out of the oven and put Nutella in the middle of each cookie.
