  • 380 grams brown sugar
  • 290 grams SR flour
  • 125 grams Butter
  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 250 ml milk

Recipe's preparation

    Method:
  1.  

    Pre-heat oven to 160° (moderate). Grease and line square cake tine with baking paper.

     

    Mix all FIRST ingredients together in TM bowl for 10 seconds Speed 7.

     

    Press half of the mixture over the base of the cake tin

     

    To the other half of the mixture add all the SECOND ingredients.

     

    Mix for 5 seconds Speed 5

     

    Pour over base and bake in oven for approximately 45 minutes. As soon as it comes out of oven, run a knife around the edges of tin to loosen cake to make it easier to remove when cool. Turn onto cake rack when cooled a bit.
