  • 60g S.R.flour
  • 60g plain flour
  • 100g rolled oats
  • 50g Coconut
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 95g raisins
  • 80g choc chips
  • 125g Butter
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grease and line a square baking pan. Set oven to 180.

    Melt butter 20 secs 100 speed 2. Add rolled oatds, flours, coconut, brown sugar, lastly beaten egg and mix 6 secs sp 6. Add sultanas and choc chips and mix 6 secs sp2 Counter-clockwise operationreverse. May need to use spatula to assist.

    Bake 20 mins @ 180 or until golden.
