If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

I use Nuttelex instead of butter and almond milk to make this recipe diary free. These are used in exact same quantities as above.

This cake is beautiful and moist, and worked perfectly for me when I substituted mango and apple juice for the milk......

Nice cake! Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. I set the oven to 180 degrees and it took about an hour to cook. I didn't see a temperature in the recipe - what should it have been?! thanks for the lovely recipe tmrc_emoticons.)
