If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat fan forced oven to 180 degrees C. Line square, round baking or Bundt tin with non-stick paper. Or use in cupcake moulds.
- Add sugar to the bowl. Mill 10 seconds speed 9
- Add in dates, eggs, yoghurt, juice of the orange (if using), oil and mix 10 seconds speed 6
- Scrape down edges of bowl and add in self raising flour. Mix a further 10 seconds speed 5. Scrape edges down, if needed another 5 seconds speed 5.
- Pour batter into tin and bake 30-40 minutes until cooked through. If using cupcakes 20-25 mins.

Tip
Such a versatile recipe. I've added half plain and half flavoured yoghurt. Or replace all with flavoured yoghurt. Also I have added half normal SR flour and half wholemeal SR Flour.
