  • 100 g almonds
  • 100 g pecans
  • 20 g cacao powder
  • 50 g dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 30 g agave syrup
  • 30 g Cranberries
  • 10 g chia seeds

Recipe's preparation

    Paleo Energy Bars
  1. Place almonds, pecans & cacao powder in TM bowl & mix on speed 7 for 10 seconds.

    Add dates & mix on speed 7 for 10 seconds

    Add vanilla essence & agave & mix on speed 7 for 10 seconds.

    Add cranberries & chia seeds & mix on speed 7 for 10 seconds.

    Place mixture in a baking dish & place in freezer for 1 hour or until set.

    Cut into squares & enjoy.

  • I made these over the weekend

    I made these over the weekend and they are very good.

    They do need to be kept cold though, so I resorted to keeping them in the freezer anyway, We're in the middle of a very hot summer spell here. I guess when it cools down, they'll be fine out of the freezer.
