- 120 g raw sugar
- 130 g m SR Flour
- 100 g rolled oats
- 80 g peanuts
- 1 egg

Place butter in TM bowl and melt for 2 mins at 60°speed 1
Add all other ingredients, mix on reverse speed 3 for l min
Place teaspoon amounts on greased tray and bake for 20 mins at 180° or until golden brown.
These make a lovely Christmas Gift wrapped in celephane paper, tied up with Christmas ribbon
