    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180C

    Drain pears and place fruit in jug. Chop 1sec Turbo

    Add all other ingredients, mix 20 seconds, speed 3, Counter-clockwise operation

    Scrape down sides, mix for a further 5-10 seconds (until it appears mixed)

  2. Divide evenly between 12 patty pans or greased muffin tin

    sprinkle with additional sugar and coconut if desired

  3. Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and springy to touch

  4. Place on a wire rack to cool (remove from muffin tin if being used)

Tip

Additional ingredients like nuts, sultanas or chocolate chips can be added.

Other tinned fruit can be substituted, such as apricot or peach.

A Ripe banana can also be substituted.
