Ingredients

  • 150 g Butter
  • 150 g chocolate
  • 30 g cocoa
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 170 g plain flour
  • 70 g hot water
  • 150 g pecan halves

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place chocolate in TM bowl and grate 5 seconds speed 9

  2. Add in butter and melt 5 minutes 60 degrees speed 3

  3. Add cocoa, sugar, eggs, flour and hot water, and mix 20 seconds speed 5

  4. Add pecan halves and mix 5 seconds reverse speed 4

  5. Pour into square cake pan and bake 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees C until firm but not overcooked

  6. Cool in pan then cut into squares to serve
