Pikelets
- 40 grams raw sugar
- 170 grams SR flour
- 170 grams Milk
- 1 egg
- pinch bicarb soda

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add sugar to bowl, mill 3 sec/speed 9
Add remaining ingrediants and mix 10 Secs/Speed 5.
Scrape down sides of bowl
Mix for another 5 secs/speed 5 or until a smooth consistency.
Pour direct from bowl or spoon mixture onto warm frypan.
When bubbles appear turn pikelet. Cook for another minute or 2.
Repeat with remaing mixture.

Tip
TIP: Keep Pikelets warm in Thermoserver until all batter is cooked then serve.
Great for lunch boxes.

Gr8 recipe. I made them for an after school snack & my girls gobbled them up. Maybe I made them too big
