Pikelets - Country Show Cookbook Style

Ingredients

12 portion(s)

Pikelets

  • 40 grams raw sugar
  • 170 grams SR flour
  • 170 grams Milk
  • 1 egg
  • pinch bicarb soda

Recipe's preparation

    Pikelets
  1. Add sugar to bowl, mill 3 sec/speed 9

    Add remaining ingrediants and mix 10 Secs/Speed 5.

    Scrape down sides of bowl

    Mix for another 5 secs/speed 5 or until a smooth consistency.

    Pour direct from bowl or spoon mixture onto warm frypan.

    When bubbles appear turn pikelet. Cook for another minute or 2.

    Repeat with remaing mixture.

Tip

TIP: Keep Pikelets warm in Thermoserver until all batter is cooked then serve.

Great for lunch boxes.
