  • 140 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 lemon rind
  • 150 gram liquid caramel

  • 250 grams sugar

Recipe's preparation

    Pudim mix
  1.  

    Preheat oven to 180º.

    Layer a cake tin with liquid caramel

    Add to the bowl the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla sessense and lemon zest  and beat 30 seconds/speed 3.

    Pour into the cake tin.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

  2. Cake mix
  3. Insert the butterfly and 6 egg whites, whisk for 6 minutes / speed 3.

    Set aside.

    Add the sugar and 6 egg yolks and beat for 3 minutes / speed 3.

    Add the flour, lemon juice, lemon zest and egg whites and mix for 15 seconds / speed 3.

    Pour over the pudim mix (yes you read right!)

    Bake for approximately 1 hour.

Tip

Athough both the pudim and cake mix actually mix together when you pour one on top of the other, these actually seperate during cooking! As per my picture!
