Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups hazelnut meal
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tsp all spice
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp himalayan sea salt
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, for sprinkling

Wet Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup pureed pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe's preparation

  1. Describe the preparation steps of your recipe

  2. Preheat oven to 180C.

     

  3. Put all dry ingredients into bowl and mix for 5 seconds on speed 5.

     

  4. Add all wet ingredients and combine for 10-15 seconds on speed 4.

     

  5. Pour mix into a lined bread tin and bake for 40-45 minutes.
