  • 30 g caster sugar

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Insert butterfly whisk
    2. Add all ingredients to mixing bowl
    3. Combine 10 seconds, speed 3
    4. Scrape bowl down & repeat 5 seconds, speed 2
    5. Cook in non stick pan

Tip

*Can be made dairy free by substituting milk for your own milk of choice (e.g. almond milk)
*I have cut the sugar back for kids, you can adjust to taste
*Add frozen blueberries or cocoa for variations

    These are so amazing!! I doubled the recipe and it worked fine with the same mixing time. I have kept the mix in the fridge overnight and also used it straight away. Both resulted in thick and fluffy pancakes. I also added vanilla extract to mine. Yummo!
