- 20 grams Cocoa
- 100 grams Brown Sugar
- 30 grams Coconut
- 200 grams Butter
- Sprinkle, 100's & 1000's or coloured choc chips
- 180 grams Icing Sugar
- 20 grams Cocoa
- 20 grams Butter
- 2 tablespoons Milk

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Preheat Oven 160 degrees (fan forced)
Grease a slice tin & add baking paper overlaying tin
Add butter to Thermomix bowl, melt 90 degrees/ 2 mins
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix 10 secs/speed 5. Scrape down sides.
Mix 10 secs/ Speed 4.
Press into slice tin. Bake for 10-15 mins or until firm.
Coolslightly, whilst making icing.
Combine all ingredients, 10 secs/ speed 4. Scrapedown sides of bowl.
Repeat if necessary.
Spread over slice with hot knife, pressin coloured chocchips or sprinkles.
Set aside for 2 hours, cut into squares.
