  • Crust:
  • 40 gcacao butter
  • 60 gpitted dates
  • 130 g Hazelnut, s
  • 50 g Shredded coconut
  • Topping:
  • 100 g dates
  • 160 g macadamias
  • 160 g Hazelnut, s
  • 50 g raw cacao
  • 80 gorganic coconut oil
  • 80 gcacao butter
  • 30 gmaple or pear syrup
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Few chopped nuts of choice or shredded coconut for garnish

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place
    all base ingredients into TM bowl and chop for 20 seconds on speed 7.
    Press into 20cm square baking tin that has been lined with baking paper. Place
    into freezer.



    Make
    the topping by placing dates into TM bowl and chopping for 10 seconds on speed 7.



    Add
    remaining ingredients except garnish nuts and blend for 20 seconds on speed 9
    until smooth and creamy. Pour onto base, sprinkle with chopped nuts and
    refrigerate until firm.



    Cut
    into slices or squares to serve.

    My slice is not really like a brownie and is oily. The topping was not of a consistency to "pour" onto the base. The taste is okay.
