Muffin Batter
- 250 g bananas
- 2 eggs
- 120 g light olive oil or vegetable oil
- 60 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinches salt
- 250 g flour

- Preheat oven to
"Warm Up" 180 and line muffin tin
1. Add bananas to bowl"Blend" 5 - 5 seconds
2. Add eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla"Blend" 4 - 10 seconds
3. Add baking soda, baking power, salt and flour"Blend" 4 - 10 seconds
Scrape down and mix again if needed until just combined - Add batter to lined tins and bake for 20 minutes, check with a toothpick to see if cooked if not bake for an additional 2 minutes.
Muffin Batter
Tip
I only make 6 muffins with this recepie as I make them in the big tins. If making smaller muffins reduce the bake time. I individually warp muffins and store in freezer until needed.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
