  • 1 tablespoons mixed spice
  • 60 grams Butter

  • 100 grams Mixed fruit
  • grated rind of 1 lemon

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare baking tray, line with baking paper

    Add all ingredients to bowl, 10 seconds, speed 7

    Add fruit, stir until combined, about 30 seconds

    Add 2 eggs, mix 10 seconds, speed 4

    Spoon mixture (about tablespoon size) onto baking paper

    Cook at 180 degrees (fan forced oven) for 10-15 minutes until golden brown

If not using salted butter, add 1/2 tsp salt to ingredients list.

Peel skin from lemon, remove as much pith as possible, place peel into TM, blitz speed 10 for a few seconds until desired consistency. Remove what you don't need and freeze.
