      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place whisk into bowl and add all ingredients.
    2. Mix 3-4 minutes or until stiff peaks on speed 4
    3. Place into bowls and colour with gel colour
    4. add water with a dropper until consistency is achieved for piping
    5. Transfer to piping bags and start piping cookies

Tip

Out line consistency 15 second flood
fill consistency 10 second flood

(flood is when you make a line in the icing and it comes back together in 15 or 10 seconds)

    Thank you!!! It seemed to work!
    Except I dont think 4 minutes was long enough for me... I have never made Royal Icing before so I wasnt sure if I should keep whisking, so I stopped... It did harden but not rock hard like I was hoping... So maybe I should have kept whisking?
    Anyway greatful for this recipie! xxx
