Crumble Topping
- 200 grams plain flour
- 50 grams Butter, Cubed
- 1 level teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- 30 grams sugar, Coconut or Raw sugar is nice.
- 40 g rolled oats
- 1 tablespoons Flax Seed/ LSA, Optional
Apple Filling
- 800 g apple, Peeled, cored, Sliced
- 150 g water
- 3 level tbsp sugar, Or honey

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add all ingredients except Rolled Oats into TM bowl. speed 4, "Counter-clockwise operation" 20sec. or until it resembles bread crumbs.
2. Add Oats and mix on speed 4 "Counter-clockwise operation" til loosely combined (approx 8 seconds).
Set aside in separate bowl. - Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease a 2 Litre ovenproof dish.
1. All apple filling ingredients into TM bowl (no need to rinse bowl first).
2. Set TMX to 8min, 110°C, speed "Gentle stir setting" . - 1. When apples are soft, pour into prepared dish.
2. Top with Crumble mix evenly.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 30min or until topping is golden.
