Shortbread Buscuits

  • 320 grams plain flour
  • 130 grams caster sugar
  • 250 grams Butter
  • 6

  • 8
  • 9

Recipe's preparation

  1. Dice butter and add it to the bowl Closed lid
  2. Add remaining ingredients to bowl Closed lid
  3. mix on speed 9 for 10 seconds
  4. scrap down sides
  5. mix for 30 seconds at speed 4 until ingredients creamed together
  6. preheat oven to 180°C
  7. make small balls with dough approximately the size of a teaspoon place on try and flatten with fingers. spacing them with about an inch in between each.
  8. Cook
  9. place in oven and cook for 10 mins
  10. if your oven is fan forced do nothing if not fan force turn tray around and swap shelves after 5 mins
  11. Cool
  12. if you used baking paper carefully slide on to the cooling rack if not I take biscuits off the tray with a paint scrapper and allow to cool before eating or storing in an air tight container
