- 60 grams Butter
- 135 grams Milk
- 180 grams sugar
- 160 grams Self rising flour
- 20 grams cocoa
- 2 --- eggs

Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
Weigh 60grams of butter in TM bowl melt 3 minutes 60 deg speed 2
add remaining ingredients
mix 40 secs speed 4
divide mixture between 12 cupcake patty pans and bake in moderate oven for 10 to 15 minutes until baked through 😀
You can cook as a whole cake this will need 20 to 25 mins
ice with a basic icing
100 g of icing sugar
2 teaspoons of cocoa
1 tablespoon of melted butter
and add little milk until the right consistency is achieved
then all you need is to enjoy 😊
