If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add milk + sugar + yeast
30sec / SP1 - Add baker's flour + yeast + egg + salt + milk power

check the dough
3 mins / "Dough mode" - Transfer dough onto a silicone bread mat or into a ball, wrap dough in silicone bread mat or place into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap or wet kitchen towel. Leave to prove in a warm place until doubled in size (approximately 45 - 90 minutes depending on the weather).
- Cut the dough into 12 pieces, and fold or roll it into a ball shape. Let it rest for 10 mins, then shape it to any style you like. Keep it at a warm location, then prove a 2nd time for 30 - 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200c / 180c forced fan, and bake 15-20 minutes (depending on the power of your oven). Bake until golden brown.
