Piklets

  • 30 grams raw sugar
  • 200 grams spelt flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Bi Carb Soda
  • 250 grams Milk of choice
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 grams sunflower seed oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste (or extract)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill sugar, spd 10, 5 sec Closed lid

    add all remaining ingredients Closed lid spd 5, 20 sec

    scrape sides and repeat for 5 sec, spd 5

    Allow mixture to sit for approx 15 min before cooking in hot fry pan in butter or coconut oil

    Top with Pure maple sryup and fruit

    Delicious Love My favourite pancake recipe. Lovely and light, yet super filling. I used grape seed oil instead of sunflower oil and the recipe made 9 pancakes for me. Thanks so much for sharing. Cooking 10

    These are super easy and very yummy too! I substitued the sugar for 15g stevia and a brown banana and they are still super yum! nice work! thank you
