Recipe is created for

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add Butter
2 min / 65°C / spd 1.5 - Add remaining ingredients
Mix 7sec/spd 4.5
Scrape down sides, Mix 3-5 sec/spd 4.5 if needed - Leave to sit for 2 minutes
Add spoonfuls of batter to a lightly greased pan on medium heat.
When bubbles appear and start to pop, flip over and cook other side.
Turn onto cooling rack to cool.
Enjoy topped with jam/cream etc
