COCONUT FLOUR EGGS HONEY COCONUT OIL COCONUT MILK VANILLA EXTRACT BAKING SODA APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

  • 1/2 CUP Coconut Flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tbsp Raw Honey
  • 6 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Recipe's preparation

    Preheat oven to 170 degrees
  1. Combine Coconut Flour and eggs Closed lid Speed 4 for 15 seconds (until smooth)

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients Closed lid Speed 5 for 30 seconds

  3. Place into muffin tray and bake for 20 minutes

Tip

I use baking paper in the muffin tray instead of cupcake cups as I find the coconut flour sticks too much
