- 185 grams Butter
- 45 grams castor sugar
- 2/3 can condensed milk
- 1 package choc chips
- 2 level teaspoons vanilla essence
- 210 grams Self Raising Flour

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
whiz up the first two ingredients speed 5 for 15 seconds
add the condensed milk through the hole in the lid while mixing at speed 3
once mixture is smooth ad in the choc chips and the vanilla at speed 3
add in the flour with a tablespoon through the lid on at speed 2 until resembles a cookie dough
roll the mixture into balls and place on trays covered with baking paper, allow room for expanding
cook for 10-12 minutes at 180 or until golden
These will be soft in the middle and slightly crunchy on the outside....allow to cool slightly before munching in
