If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
whiz up the first two ingredients speed 5 for 15 seconds
add the condensed milk through the hole in the lid while mixing at speed 3
once mixture is smooth ad in the choc chips and the vanilla at speed 3
add in the flour with a tablespoon through the lid on "Counter-clockwise operation" at speed 2 until resembles a cookie dough
roll the mixture into balls and place on trays covered with baking paper, allow room for expanding
cook for 10-12 minutes at 180 or until golden
