Ingredients

30 piece(s)

Truffles

  • 3 packages Tim Tams, any flavour
  • 300 grams condensed milk

Decoration

  • chocolate
  • Coconut
  • hundreds & thousands

Recipe's preparation

    Truffles

  1. Put half the tim tams in the Closed lid


    Blends on 8 sec, speed 8, check to see if crumbly.


    Your choice if you want super fine like breadcrumbs or a little chunky. I like it a little chunky then they taste like choc chips.


    Remove first half of tim tams, then repoeat for second half of tim tams. 


    Keep and add all tim tam crumb back into the Closed lid


    Add condensed milk, counter-clockwise operation for aobut 2 seconds on speed 1 - 2 to mix mixture together. 


    With wet hands, roll small balls of mixture with your hands.


    Your preference on how to finish.


    1 - Roll in coconut (traditional truffle)


    2 - Roll in chocolate sprinkles


    3 - Melt some chocolate and dip into chocolate


    Enjoy.

Tip

Roll balls with wet hands, they will stay together better. 

Dont make the mixture to runny.

    I did one batch with white Tim Tams and one batch with chocolate ones, just to add some colour, I added a tablespoon of good quality cocco powder to the chocolate ones to make them a bit more chocolaty. They have been a Christmas table hit! My partner is raiding the leftovers Right now!
