Ingredients

Vanilla Apple Cake

  • 150 g raw sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 g Butter
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 200 g self rasing flour
  • 1-2 apples

Recipe's preparation

  1. Process the raw sugar in the TM bowl for 10sec speed 9.

    Add the remaining ingredients to the TM bowl - except the apples and process for 20sec, speed 6.

    Pour into lined or sprayed cake tin and top with sliced apples - dont press them into the batter just lay them on top.

    Bake at 180deg, for approx 40min or until a skewer comes out clean

Tip

I sprinkle the top of the apple with sugar and cinnamon before baking.

This cake also works really well topped with blueberries and white choc bits!
