- 100 grams Butter
- 100 grams raw sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 240 grams plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven 160 degrees, line baking trays with baking paper
Weigh sugar into TM bowl & mill for 3 Sec/Speed 9
Add butter & mix 10 Sec/Speed 4
Add egg, vanilla, plain flour & baking powder & mix for 15 sec/speed 4, scrape down bowl.
Knead 45 secs
"Closed lid" 
"Dough mode" Roll out dough 2-3mm thick on ThermoMat or flour dusted bench, cut with cookie cutters & place shapes on lined baking trays.
Bake in oven for 10 - 15 mins or until lightly brown on edges.
Allow to cool & decorate with icing or leave biscuits plain.
