  • 130 grams dried apricots, chopped

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    To make biscuits
  1. * Place apricots in bowl, chop 8 seconds, speed 7. Put aside

    *Place sugar and butter in TM Bowl and cream speed 3, 60 seconds or until light and creamy.

    Dough mode

    * Add egg and mix speed 2, 15 seconds.



    * Add flour and apricots and mix a further 15 seconds on speed 3.






    * Place weetbix on a plate and gently crush by hand.



    * Take spoonfuls of mixture and roll in the weetbix and place on baking tray.



    * Bake at 180 deg c for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.Closed lid

    I also made them with choc chips and rolled in rice bubbles. Or you can do glazed cherries and roll in desicated coconut for another variation
