For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Peel 2 oranges. TM: orange peel. 3 sec / speed 7. Scrape sides. Repeat. Scrape sides again.
Cut oranges into quarters, remove white pith. Add to TM. 8 sec / speed 8. Scrape down sides.
Add all remaining ingredients. 5 sec / speed 5.
Scrape bowl and mix in any loose mixture with spatula. Spoon into muffin tins.Bake 180°C x 15 – 20 mins.
