  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Insert butterfly to whisk egg whites (1min/speed 3.5). Set aside.

  2. Without washing pot, remove butterfly and add (B) (5 sec/mc/Speed 5)

  3. Add (C) (10 secs/MC/Speed 5) x 2 times

  4. Fold in egg whites in clockwise direction until thoroughly combined

  5. Spray oil on waffle maker, pour the batter in. It's ready when no more steam is released. Enjoy!

    separating the eggs is so worth it, yummy crisp waffles. Makes huge batch but the kids ate it througout the morning. Popped them in the taoster to crisp up again. Thanks.
