      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat Fan Forced Oven 150C

    Prepare 36 Patty Pans

    Add Vegetable Oil and White Choc Chips 3 Minutes, 60c Sp3

    Add Eggs 5 Seconds Sp6

    Add Water, Bacardi & Cake Mix 10 Seconds Sp 6

    Scrape Down and Repeat 10 Seconds Sp 6

    Spoon mixture evenly into Large Patty Pans

    Cook for 40minutes

Tip

Can be made into 1 large round cake  just cook for 60 - 90 minutes depending on size.

Very moist will last 3 days
