If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
2. Grease and line a 3cm x 16cm x 26cm slice tin. Allow
a 2cm overhang of paper on long sides.
3. Beat butter and sugar 45 sec, speed 4. Scrape down
bowl then repeat until light and fluffy.
4. Stir in flour 20 sec. speed 1.
5. Knead "Dough mode" for 45 sec.
6. Press mixture into prepared tin using bottom of MC
or a spatula (dipped in hot water first).
7. Bake 20 min or until golden.
8. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 15 min.
9. Sprinkle chocolate and nuts over cooled base.
10. Drizzle condensed milk over chocolate mixture.
11. Bake for approx. 30 min. or until edges are deep golden and centre is just firm to touch.
12. Cool completely in the tin then cut into squares.
