Ingredients

White Choc & Walnut Banana bread

  • 70 gram walnuts
  • 60-80 grams White Cooking Chocolate
  • 4 ripe bananas (370g)
  • 140 gram butter lightly salted
  • 100 gram Maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 220 gram plain spelt flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp bicarb soda
  • 100 gram Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

Recipe's preparation

  1. preheat oven to 180degrees

    1. add to TM walnuts and white choc. Chop Sp5 3sces. Set aside

     

    2. add banana. mash sp6 6secs.

     

    3. add butter, maple syrup, mix sp4 20secs

     

    4. add eggs mix sp5 8secs

     

    5. add remaning ingredients including reserved walnuts and choc. Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" sp4 25secs. 

     

    6. pour into pre lined and greased bread size tin. Cook for 50-60mins or until screwer comes out clean.

Tip

allow to cool in tin for at least 15mins

    Loved this one!

    Was so easy to make and tasty, I just need a bit longer in oven.  Nest time will use a bigger tin.
