- 100g Glace Cherries-chopped
- 100g dried apricots - chopped
- 85g dessicated coconut
- 100g Full cream powdered milk

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Place sugar into "Closed lid" and mill 6s/sp9. Set aside in another bowl
2. Cut copha into quarters and place in "Closed lid" chop 10s/sp7 MELT 6m/60d/sp4
3. ADD remaining ingredients and mix on "Counter-clockwise operation" 30s/sp2
4. Tip out and press into a lined 18 x 28cm lined tin
5. Cover and refridgerate until set. Cut into small squares and serve.
