Wholemeal Peanut Butter Chia Pancakes
- 155 gram Wholemeal SR Flour
- 145 gram SR flour
- 60 grams of caster sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
- 460 Grams milk
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 60 grams of butter
- 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 120 grams of smooth peanut butter

Recipe's preparation
- Place butter in the jug and melt 1 minute, 60deg, speed 2 or untill melted
Add the lemon to the milk - then add milk, eggs, peanut butter to the jug and blend 6 seconds, speed 6
Add flour and bicarb, sugar, and chia seeds - blend 10 secs, speed 3
Heat a large non stick frypan to a moderate heat, brush with some butter and spoon in around a 1/4cup of batter with out crowding (mine held 4)
Turn pancakes over to cook the other side when bubbles start to come to the top and they have puffed
Keep warm in the thermoserver
Serve with either berries, yogurt, maple syrup, icecream
