Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven at 180,
1. Place sugar and zest into the TM bowl and mill for 5 sec on speed 9.
2. Add remaining ingredients except fruit and nuts and mix on speed 4 for 10 secs.
3. Add fruit and nut and mix for 6 secs on "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2.
4. Scoop out mixture into a oiled ring cake mould and bake at 180 for 37 - 42 mins or until cooked.
Moist yoghurt fruit cake.

Tip
You can use any dried fruit and nuts of your choice.
Also if you have access to Milk Kefir, you can subsitute some of the yoghurt for the kefir.

This recipe sounds very easy and cake looks moist but I am not sure what the scoop measurement is for measuring the fruit and walnuts.
