- 50 grams Butter
- 1 tablespoon Golden Syryp
- 4 x 53 grams Mars Bars
- 60 grams rice bubbles
- 200 grams milk chocolate, I use Lindt blocks
- 20 grams Copha

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Chop 3 Mars bars add to TM bowl,
Add butter, Golden Syrup.
Melt 5 minutes, 50 degrees, Speed 3.
Finely dice the remaining Mars bar and add to TM bowl with the rice bubbles.
Mix for 30 seconds speed 3.
Scrape down bowl and press contents into prepared tray.
Refrigerate immediately for an hour.
Add chocolate & copha into a microwave safe bowl.
Melt chocolate in microwave, approximately 1 min 30 sec stir to dissolve chocolate.
I use a Tupperware jug.
Pour over base it spreads easily by swirling and tilting tray until base is evenly covered. Use the back of a spoon to help spread if nesescary.

Accessories you need
Refrigerating the base prior to adding melted topping prevents the rice bubbles from becoming soggy from heat.
You can also omit copha if you do not wish to use it.
