    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill sugar speed 10, 3 seconds. Add butter and mix speed 6, 10 seconds. All all other ingredients except flour, process for 15 seconds, speed 4. Add flour, mix at Counter-clockwise operationspeed 4 for 10 seconds, scape down bowl with spatula then continue for another 20 seconds. Bake in loaf tin, 180degrees for 30-40 mins or until skewer comes out clean. Nice with chocolate icing!
