Batter
- 300 grams zucchini, Roughly chopped
- 85 grams apple sauce
- 170 grams Vanilla Yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 160 grams Self Raising Flour
- 45 grams cacao powder, Or cocoa
- 80 grams sugar
- Half teaspoon salt
- 120 grams dark choc chips, Extra to top muffins

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add zucchini (or substitute sweet potato, carrot or apple but ensure half is zucchini) to bowl and chop 8 sec, speed 5.
Set aside. - Add apple sauce, yoghurt, eggs and vanilla to bowl.
Mix 5 sec, speed 4. - Add flour, cacao powder, sugar, salt and choc chips.
Mix 7 sec, reverse speed 4. - Add zucchini to bowl. Mix 5 sec, reverse speed 4.
Spray muffins pans with canola oil and divide mixture evenly between 18 small muffin cups (I fill one 12 muffin tray, and then do a second tray with six).
Sprinkle choc chips on top.
Bake in preheated 180 degree oven for 20 mins.
