If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add peeled bananas into the bowl and mix 5 sec, sp 5
Add all other ingredients except the melted butter and blend 25 sec, sp 6
Add. Melted butter and mix 5 sec, sp 5
Heat pan to medium heat
Add small amount of additional butter and cook small circles of batter until small bubbles appear, then flip
Repeat until all batter is used

Very quick and easy to make. I hate over ripe bananas so this was a great way to use them. All the family enjoyed with icecream or maple syrup.
