icing

  • 220 grams raw sugar
  • 90 grams cream cheese
  • 45 grams Butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place raw sugar in bowl and mill at speed 10 for 10 seconds to make icing sugar

    Add all reamining ingredients in bowl and mix speed 6 for 20 seconds.

    apply to cakes/cupcakes.
