Add all ingredients to the TM jug and mix until well combined - approx 5 seconds at speed 5.
Fry over low heat in butter or oil of choice. Serve with honey, fruit or enjoy as they are.

Did a Google search for LCHF pikelets & this recipe popped up. Exactly what I was looking for. Something quick & simple with only a couple of ingredients. Kids made them & devoured them. And they want them for lunchbox tomorrow. I milled the almonds first to make almond meal. Thanks for a kid-friendly recipe
