Recipe's preparation
Bring stock to boil in large pot, add florets , bring back to boil then simmer for 12 minutes. Drain well, return to pot and dry out for a few minutes on stove stirring constantly.add to TM bowl along with other ingredients. Set to speed 7-8 for about 20 seconds. Check if combined well. Scrape down and pulse again for a couple of seconds if necessary.

Tip
Low carb recipe. Add a little nutmeg if liked. Crispy bacon or pancetta pieces are a tasty addition. Try a handful of baby spinach or fresh herbs stirred thru.
