  • 80 g pecan nuts
  • 80 g almonds
  • 80 g raw cashews
  • 20 g chia seeds (optional)
  • 30 g sesame seeds
  • 40 g sunflower seed
  • 40 g pepitas
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup (real)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Line 1 baking tray with baking paper

  2. Add the nuts (pecans, almonds, cashews) to TM bowl. Closed lid and press Turbo button twice, briefly.

  3. Add all remaining ingredients and mix for 20-30sec/Counter-clockwise operation/Gentle stir setting until all nuts and seeds are covered in maple syrup.

  4. Use spatula to scrape out onto lined baking tray. Spread out evenly on baking tray and bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden.

  5. Cool completely and store in airtight jars or containers.

    This is great.  We always have this in the pantry and is great to take to work to snack on.  Must admit I've made it a few times with golden syrup when I've run out of the maple and the kids/partner like it better with the golden syrup as it's stickier and crunchier.
