Paleo Banana Porridge

Porridge

  • 1/2 Cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 Cup pecans
  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 2 Cups Coconut Milk
  • 2 level teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

    Porridge
  1. Soak nuts 8hrs or overnight in water with a pinch of salt.

  2. Drain nuts and rinse well until water runs clear.

  3. Add everything to TMX and blitz 30secs/Sp 8.

  4. Scrape down sides and cook 7min/90/Sp 2.

  5. Serve with sliced banana and additional cinnamon or other fruit of choice

    Quite nice...I didn't have any cinnamon so used vanilla paste instead. Worked out enough for three servings! Served ours with fresh strawberries. A lot less thick then conventional porridge, will use 1 1/2 cups coconut milk next time.
