- 1 Green Apple - skin on and quartered
- 25 grams almonds
- 15 grams Shredded coconut
- 45 grams dates
- 10 grams Quinoa flakes
- 5 grams Goji Berries
- 60 grams rolled oats
Place all ingredients into TM Bowl. Turbo until desired consistency.
This is wonderful with yoghurt. Also great sprinkled on porridge or other cereals.
