TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- I use habanero chillies 2-3 whole but I like it really spicy. You can remove seeds if desired.
I use 4-6 curry leaves fresh from my tree. A leaf is all of the leaflets on the branchlet.
Place all ingredients into clean, dry TM bowl and roast for 8 minutes at Varoma temperature on speed 2.
I tip the measuring cup upside down to allow steam to escape
When cooked , allow to cool slightly before milling for 10-20 seconds on speed 9 or until finely ground.
